Conditions of Membership

YOU MUST BE 18yrs OF AGE TO BECOME A WINE CLUB MEMBER!

The Robyn Drayton Wines Wine Club has been created to be as flexible as possible to suit your tastes in wine and how often you would like the wine delivered.

Following are some key points on our wine club:

• You can change your order selection & quantity at any time, just email or fax the cellar door prior to your next Wine Club delivery.
• In joining the wine club you have agreed to purchase a selection of wine as per your frequency selection.
• Delivery for each frequency is as follows: BI MONTHLY Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct & Dec. QUARTERLY March June, Sept, & Dec, 6 MONTHLY March & September, YEARLY December.
• When joining the wine club you will receive a welcome letter and members booklet outlinging your frequency selection and your selection of wine
• A notification email will be sent at least 10 days prior to dispatch, informing you that your Wine Club selection is due for delivery and asking you to inform us in writing if there is a change in your payment details, delivery instructions or if you wish to change your order. If we have not heard from you in writing before the dispatch date as stated on the notification email, if your email returns to us you will be contacted by phone. If we receive no notification from you, your selection of wine will be sent to you and charged to your credit card. Your credit card receipt will be included in your delivery.  
•  Return policy – if you are not happy with the wine you have purchased, please return the opened bottle to Robyn Drayton Wines. On receiving the bottle we will have the winemaker test your wine. If it is found not to be up to Robyn’s high standard the wine will be replaced and freight costs will be refunded. 
• Returned Wine – if your order is sent back without notification in writing, you will be charged for the freight(s) as well as an administration charge of $50. As a courtesy from Robyn Drayton Wines, a refund can be given, in certain circumstances, less freight(s)  & administration fee.
•  Your membership can be cancelled at any time providing that you have accepted at least one wine club delivery (not including any purchases made at the time of joining) and that you notify us in writing 30 days prior to the dispatch date.
• Your wine will be delivered on or around the 15^th of the month as per the frequency of your choice.
• In joining the wine club you will automatically be included on our mailing list to receive our regular newsletter and special member offers. Any acceptances of special offers are in addition to your Wine Club order. 
• The minimum purchase for any Wine Club selection is 2 bottles per frequency
